Since about 2003 Proper has been one of few staples in the Long Beach sneaker, and streetwear community. With their focal point being sneakers, and they have found a way to incorporate big name clothing brands in their store, and keep the public coming back to their store. Any business that can prosper for 13yrs in counting is certainly doing something right.
